The Small Print

If you would like to exchange a product for another product please return in as new condition with your reason for exchange by registered post within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring the tracking number of parcel is retained in case parcel is misplaced by postal system. 



We offer refunds on fully priced products for items returned in "as New" condition less the cost of postage. Please allow 5-10 working days for this to be processed.


As New condition means unworn, oder free complete with tags and hygiene seals. It is at Miss GG's discretion regarding if a garment is returned in "as New" condition.

Sale Items are not subject to a refund.




Miss GG Gifted & Gorgeous prides itself on using the very best materials and manufacturing. Great care and attention is taken to ensure your garment is of top quality. You may return genuinely faulty garments within 3 months of purchase due to manufacturing defects for a free repair, exchange or refund (if available )providing the garment has been authorised for return by our representative. Please contact us directly for full details of this process.


Below are examples that are NOT deemed faulty:

* Pilling or pulls in fabric

* Stains, marks are not faults but is due to misuse or heavy use.

*Loss of elasticity in straps and garment edges this is the nature of material as it ages.

*Customer doesn't like fit or look of garment

*Customer changes their mind.



What You Need to Know

We ship using Australia Post domestically and internationally. We deliver Australia Wide and internationally to USA, UK and New Zealand. Our domestic delivery is charged at a flat rate of $8.50 within Australia and ranges between $13-20 internationally depending on country. Full prices of international delivery are available at checkout prior to purchase of your chosen item. We also offer $ 2.50 flat fee delivery for our beautiful gift vouchers and free local pick up by prior arrangement.

The purchaser agrees to assume the costs of any taxes, import duties or another fees and charges which may be levied by your country.

The buyer acknowledges that the seller is not responsible for any actions or delays by customs, postal services or courier.  In every case in all countries it is always the IMPORTER who is responsible for paying the charges.
